Domestic and industrial machines take different bobbins — the flat domestic canette and the deeper piqueuse bobbin are not interchangeable. Match the part to your machine class before ordering; send us a photo on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

Do you deliver internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide from Morocco with tracked delivery. Delivery is free within Morocco; international rates are confirmed with your order before anything is charged.
Can I exchange or return an item?+
Ready-made pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Made-to-order pieces are crocheted specially for you and cannot be returned, which is why we confirm colour and size first. Yarn is not returnable once a ball band is removed.
